ALGA CARRAGEEN
ALGA CARRAGEEN, ирландский мох, водоросли Chondrus crispus и Gigartina (сем. Floridaeae), растут на скалистых берегах Атлантического океана. Составные начала: пара-арабин, белковые вещества, сульфаты и хлориды, незначительное количество иода и брома. Употребляется в пищу; применяется в медицине в форме отвара (5,0 : 150,0) и студня (gelatina) при кашле и при рахите.
